Please note that the terms and conditions for your package include the following:

1. Sustainable Development Fee (SDF): Indian tourists will be charged an SDF of INR 1200 per person per night, which is not included in the package cost. This fee can be paid on arrival and is required for obtaining the visa and permits.

2. Package Validity: The cost mentioned on the website is not valid for foreign passport holders. Different rates and conditions may apply to non-Indian travelers.

3. Personal Expenses: Expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and mini-bar items are not included in the package cost.

4. Entrance Fees: The package cost does not cover entrance fees to monuments. You will be responsible for any entrance fees during sightseeing.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: In case of package cancellation due to natural calamities, weather conditions, or other factors, we will strive to provide the maximum possible refund based on the agreement with trade partners/vendors. Refunds will be subject to the package cancellation policy.

6. Payment Schedule: It is important to make payments as per the schedule provided in the booking confirmation. portal reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not made, and refunds will be as per the package cancellation policy.

7. Passenger Names: Ensure that the passenger names in the booking form match exactly as per the passports. we will not be liable for any name change fees if incorrect names and ages are provided at the time of booking.

8. Check-in and Check-out: The standard check-in time at the hotel is usually 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is at the discretion of the hotel.

9. Alternate Hotel Arrangement: If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be offered in another hotel of a similar category.

10. Security Deposit: Some hotels abroad may require a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out based on the hotel’s policy.

11. Day at Leisure: “Day at Leisure” means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.

12. Timeliness: It is important to be on time for activities, tours, and transfers, as schedules are strictly followed in most countries.

13. Special Dinner Charges: The package price does not include charges for special dinners or mandatory fees levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or other special occasions. we will try to communicate such charges during the booking process, but it may not always be readily available.

14. Disputes and Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

15. Refunds for Non-operational Activities

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) Conditions:

As per section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act 1961, TCS will be charged at 10% on overseas tour packages if you have not filed your income tax returns for the two preceding years and the aggregate TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TCS in each tax year is INR 50,000 or more. If it is found that you have not filed your income tax returns and the TCS and TDS exceed INR 50,000, an additional TCS at 5% will be recovered from you, or the booking may be canceled with applicable cancellation charges.
