1. Visa Cost: The Visa cost is not included in the package, and for Thailand, it is available on arrival at THB 2200 per person.
2. Voucher Delivery: Expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date, subject to full payment of the package cost.
3. Customization: These packages are customizable, allowing you to make changes to the itinerary or activities. The final payment will be calculated based on the activities reflected on the website and outlined in the confirmatory email.
4. Personal Expenses: Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and mini-bar charges are not included in the package.
5. Package Cancellation: In the event of package cancellation due to natural calamities, weather conditions, etc., tripvizer will strive to provide the maximum possible refund as per the agreement with trade partners/vendors.
6. Payment Schedule and Name Change: Ensure payment is made as per the provided schedule to avoid cancellation. The passenger names in the booking form should match exactly as per passports, and any name change fee will be the responsibility of the traveler.
7. Low-Cost Carrier Flights: If the package includes a low-cost carrier flight (e.g., Air Asia, Air India Express), baggage may not be included. Baggage can be added at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
8. Hotel Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is usually 2:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
9. Alternate Hotel Arrangements: If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be offered in another hotel of a similar category.
10. Security Deposit: Certain hotels abroad may require a refundable security deposit during check-in, as per the hotel’s policy.
11. Day at Leisure: “Day at Leisure” means no sightseeing activities are included for that day.
12. Timeliness and Schedule: It is important to be on time for activities, tours, and transfers as most countries strictly follow schedules.
13. Special Charges and Events: The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges during New Year, Christmas, or other special occasions. tripvizer will try to communicate such information, but it may not be readily available at all times.
14. Itinerary Modifications: trivpizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to various factors, and while alternate arrangements will be made, they may not be held liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from such changes.
15. Closed Sightseeing due to COVID: Refunds will be processed for any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons. Complimentary activities will not be refunded.
16. TCS Conditions: As per the Income Tax Act, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) may be applicable on overseas tour packages if certain conditions are met. Ensure compliance with the applicable TCS regulations to avoid additional charges or cancellation.
