Enjoy a convenient transfer directly to Hotel ZIA Bali in Kuta, known for its prime location and comfortable accommodations. The hotel offers a range of amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a swimming pool, restaurant, and spacious rooms. Check-in at the hotel and take some time to relax and unwind after your journey. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the nearby areas or simply enjoying the hotel facilities.

Day 2 :
Full-Day Bali Tour

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, get ready for an exciting full-day tour of Bali. An English-speaking driver cum guide will accompany you on this adventure, providing insightful commentary along the way. No, the package does not include flight tickets. You will need to arrange your own airfare to Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.

Are visa fees included in the package?

No, visa fees are not included. Indian passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival in Bali at a cost of IDR 500,000 per person (approximately 35 USD).

Is travel insurance included in the package?

No, travel insurance is not included. It is mandatory to have travel insurance that provides a minimum coverage of USD 25,000. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance.

Are vaccinations required for this trip?

Yes, vaccination is mandatory for adults. A minimum of 2 doses of WHO-authorized vaccinations is required, and the second dose must have been administered at least 2 weeks prior to departure.

Are there any additional costs not mentioned in the package?

Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. While the package includes 3 nights at Hotel ZIA Bali, room confirmation can only be guaranteed once the final written confirmation is received from the hotel.

Can special requests such as dietary preferences or early check-in be accommodated?

Special requests such as Jain meals or early check-in are subject to availability and should be communicated at least 72 hours prior to arrival via email. While the team will strive to accommodate your requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your holiday, the following cancellation charges will apply:

1. Within 60 Days of Departure:
– If you cancel your holiday within 60 days of the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be applicable. This means that no refund will be provided, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the booking.

2. Before 60 Days of Departure:
– If you cancel your holiday before 60 days of the departure date, a cancellation fee of INR 7000 will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

– The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total cost of the booking, including accommodation, transportation, and any other services included in the package.
– The cancellation must be requested in writing or via email to the booking agent.
– The date of cancellation will be considered as the date on which the written request is received by the booking agent.
– Any non-refundable deposits or fees charged by third-party suppliers, such as hotels or airlines, will be in addition to the cancellation fees mentioned above.
