Terms and conditions for your booking:

1. Confirmation: Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation. For any queries, you can contact the provided phone number between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, seven days a week.

2. Vouchers: You can expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours prior to your departure date, after full payment of the package cost.

3. Customization: The packages are customizable, allowing you to make changes to the itinerary or activities. The final payment will be calculated based on the activities reflected on the website and outlined in the confirmatory email.

4. Personal Expenses: Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and mini-bar charges are not included in the package.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of package cancellation due to natural calamities or weather conditions, we will strive to provide the maximum possible refund based on the agreement with trade partners/vendors. Refunds will be processed according to the package cancellation policy.

6. Payment Schedule: Failure to make payments as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation email may result in the cancellation of the booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the package cancellation policy.

7. Passenger Names: The passenger names in the booking form should match the names on their passports. portal is not liable for any name change fees if incorrect names or ages are provided at the time of booking.

8. Baggage for Low-Cost Carrier Flights: If your package includes a flight with a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways), baggage will not be included. You can add baggage at an additional cost, depending on the airlines and destination. A Travel Expert will contact you within 24 hours after booking confirmation to assist with baggage addition. Baggage requirements should be provided to the Travel Expert at least 5 days before the departure date.

9. Hotel Check-In and Check-Out: The standard check-in time at the hotel is usually 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.

10. Alternate Hotel Arrangements: If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternative hotel of a similar category will be offered.

11. Security Deposit: Some hotels abroad may require a refundable security deposit during check-in, subject to the hotel’s policy.

12. Day at Leisure: “Day at Leisure” implies that no sightseeing activities are included for that day.

13. Punctuality: It is important to be on time for activities, tours, and transfers, as many countries strictly adhere to schedules.

14. Special Charges: The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges imposed by hotels, especially during New Year’s Eve, Christmas, or other special occasions. portal will attempt to communicate such charges during the booking process, but this information may not always be readily available.

15. Cancellation and Refund Queries: For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to the Cancellation Policy.

16. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

17. Closed Sightseeing Due to COVID: For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed within 30 days. No refund will be processed for complimentary activities.
