1. Visa Cost: The Visa cost is not included in the package, and for Thailand, it is available on arrival at THB 2200 per person.
2. Voucher Delivery: Expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date, subject to full payment of the package cost.
3. Customization: These packages are customizable, allowing you to make changes to the itinerary or activities. The final payment will be calculated based on the activities reflected on the website and outlined in the confirmatory email.
4. Personal Expenses: Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and mini-bar charges are not included in the package.
5. Package Cancellation: In the event of package cancellation due to natural calamities, weather conditions, etc., tripvizer will strive to provide the maximum possible refund as per the agreement with trade partners/vendors.
6. Payment Schedule and Name Change: Ensure payment is made as per the provided schedule to avoid cancellation. The passenger names in the booking form should match exactly as per passports, and any name change fee will be the responsibility of the traveler.
7. Low-Cost Carrier Flights: If the package includes a low-cost carrier flight (e.g., Air Asia, Air India Express), baggage may not be included. Baggage can be added at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
8. Hotel Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is usually 2:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
9. Alternate Hotel Arrangements: If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be offered in another hotel of a similar category.
10. Security Deposit: Certain hotels abroad may require a refundable security deposit during check-in, as per the hotel’s policy.
11. Day at Leisure: “Day at Leisure” means no sightseeing activities are included for that day.
12. Timeliness and Schedule: It is important to be on time for activities, tours, and transfers as most countries strictly follow schedules.
13. Special Charges and Events: The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges during New Year, Christmas, or other special occasions. tripvizer will try to communicate such information, but it may not be readily available at all times.
14. Itinerary Modifications: trivpizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to various factors, and while alternate arrangements will be made, they may not be held liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from such changes.
15. Closed Sightseeing due to COVID: Refunds will be processed for any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons. Complimentary activities will not be refunded.
16. TCS Conditions: As per the Income Tax Act, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) may be applicable on overseas tour packages if certain conditions are met. Ensure compliance with the applicable TCS regulations to avoid additional charges or cancellation.

Booking Terms
- Passport Validity: Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from your planned date of return. Please check your passport expiration date and ensure it meets this requirement.
- Flight Schedule: It is essential to check your flight status and schedule 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Airline schedules are subject to change without notice, so staying updated will help you avoid any inconvenience.
- Passenger Names: When entering passenger names during the booking process, ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g., passport) you will be carrying for the trip. Discrepancies may cause issues during the check-in process.
- Airport Arrival and Immigration: Upon arrival at the airport, you will need to go through the immigration process. Afterward, proceed to the Baggage Claim Area and head towards Gate-10 of the main exit through Exit A for domestic passengers or Exit B for international passengers.
- Meeting Airport Representative: It is crucial to meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of the flight landing, as drivers have specific instructions to leave at a designated time. Unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or car breakdowns may cause delays in your airport pick-up or transfer.
- Check-in Time and Security Deposit: The standard check-in time at hotels is 2 pm. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the tripvizer representative before your departure to inquire about availability. A security deposit, ranging from 700 THB to 2500 THB depending on the hotel category, will be required during check-in.
- Local Currency and Fees: It is recommended to carry a minimum of 5000 THB in the local currency. Additionally, most islands in Thailand have a national park fee of 400 THB per adult and 200 THB per child. This fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. Furthermore, there is an additional entrance fee of 20 THB on islands such as Phi Phi and James Bond, which should also be paid in cash on-site.

Cancellation policy
- Non-refundable Amounts: The current components attached to the package are non-refundable. In the case of component change or modifications, the policy will change accordingly.

- Date Change Fees: Date change fees do not include any fare change in the components on the new date. Any applicable fare difference will be charged separately.
- Availability for Date Change: Date change is subject to the availability of components on the requested new date.
- TCS (Tax Collected at Source): Once TCS is collected, it cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or modification. The TCS amount can be claimed as an adjustment against the income tax payable at the time of filing the income tax return.
- Taxes: The cancellation charges shown are exclusive of all taxes, and taxes will be added as per the applicable rates.
